Mexico Chiapas (Fully City Roast)
A very interesting coffee, with pleasant herb-like flavors when roasted lighter, and a pungent sweetness when roasted darker. It possesses a full, deep flavor with a moderate body and fragrance.

Mexican Robusta (Italian Roast)

Sumatra Mandehling (City Roast)

India Monsoon Malabar (City Roast)
Mellowed by the monsoon winds of the Malabar coast of India, this full-bodied and low acid bean makes one of the world’s great coffees. Often used in espresso blends due its beautiful golden crema.
